It’s perfectly normal to worry about an artwork in transit, but please let us put your mind at rest that all artwork sent is:
– Well packaged by professional artists
– Fully insured against damages
– Requires a signature upon delivery
We have been delivering artwork across the globe for a very long time and are experienced in ensuring it arrives safely and, in the unlikely event that it doesn’t, you will receive a full refund/replacement.
Saturday Delivery: Prices vary (on average £10-£20)
Standard delivery times for couriers are Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm; however, we do appreciate that you may be busy and unable to take delivery at home. If needed, you are able to specify an alternative address for your artwork to at checkout. If you prefer a Saturday or AM delivery, please feel free to contact the artist with the artwork you are interested in and we will send you a quote.
For International Delivery, prices will vary and we request that you contact us PRIOR to attempting to order online to arrange the complet your transaction as the website is setup for UK orders only: contact us and we will send you a price.
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your artwork, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange to have the artwork returned to us. Sales outside the UK are limited to £100 shipping costs, anything over this will have to be paid by the customer.
Process for Returns
– Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return the artwork.
– Package the artwork securely.
– Advise of a suitable day to collect the artwork.
– We will send you the appropriate labels to print and attach to the parcel.
As soon as the artwork is returned to the artist, we will arrange either a full refund or a credit note.
Please note: commissioned artwork would not be entitled to a refund due to being custom-made to your specific requirements.
Artwork Received Damaged
All artwork sent will be fully insured against damages. Should you receive your artwork damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and send photos of the damages to: email@example.com
Please advise us if you would like:
– A full refund
– A replacement (if available)
– A credit note
We will request photos to begin a claim with the courier and in this instance, we would ask you keep the artwork and all packaging for a period of 30 days as some couriers will request inspection before a claim can be made.
